A lively crowd at the Hotel Captain Cook voted for Smoked Salmon Sausage - Italian Style with Whiskey produced by Aqua Cuisine Inc. as the Anchorage People's Choice winner. Judged by 480 Alaskans. All judged winners and People's choice winners earn a trip to the International Boston Seafood Show in March.
